Three levels of service
Bronze, Silver, and Gold
Each business has their unique set of needs and goals as to the level of cleaning required. Bin There Dust That recognizes those needs and from various requests and expectations, has developed and easy-to-adopt, level system for clients to choose from. While every specific request is Bin There Dust That’s pleasure top fulfill, the Bronze, Silver, Gold cleaning levels are an easy means to accommodate many clients for their businesses.

Bronze Level
The following tasks will be completed for the Bronze Level service.
- Sweep & vacuum
- Change garbage
- Light dusting
- Mop floors
- Spot-clean glass (interior only)
- Clean / sanitize / disinfect washrooms
Silver Level
The following tasks will be completed for the Silver Level service.
- Sweep & vacuum
- Change garbage
- Light dusting
- Mop floors
- Spot-clean glass (interior only)
- Full interior glass cleaning (quarterly)
- Clean / sanitize / disinfect washrooms
- Wipe down & dust all counters / desks / shelving (twice annual dusting of high areas)
- Disinfect – frequently – touched surfaces: phones, pin-pads, door knobs, reception chair handles, using traditional spray and wipe and/or disinfectant wipes
- Microscrub floors, using Karcher floor scrubber (monthly)
- Use of our Orange QC online portal
- Carpet shampooing (annually)
- Twice annual deep clean
Gold Level
The following tasks will be completed for the Gold Level service.
- Sweep & vacuum
- Change garbage
- Detailed dusting
- Clean / sanitize / disinfect washrooms: electrostatic disinfecting
- Floors mopped & micro scrubbed
- Spot clean interior glass & full interior clean on a set schedule as needed
- Disinfect all touch surfaces using electrostatic sprayer
- Disinfect entire office using electrostatic sprayer (weekly)
- Quarterly during of high areas
- Carpets shampooing (twice annually)
- Use of our Orange QC online portal
- Quarterly deep clean
